Jessica Duchen is Senior Director, Real-World Evidence & HEOR Strategy at Magnolia Market Access. She has nearly 10 years experience focused on RWE and outcomes research.
Jessica has a strong background analyzing large public and commercial datasets to support observational studies, outcomes research, and predictive modeling. She specializes in study design and in the analysis of real-world EMR and claims data to inform strategies across a product life cycle. Her experience includes patient stratification, developing predictive models, and the application of epidemiological methods to estimate disease burden, derive disease incidence/prevalence, and measure drug adherence and persistence. She has also conducted academic research analyzing public health laboratory data and health survey data.
Prior to joining Magnolia, Jessica worked at a consultancy and data provider designing RWE and HEOR studies for pharmaceutical and life science clients.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton, a Master of Public Health in epidemiology from the Yale School of Public Health and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
