He has over 20 years of healthcare consulting experience, collaborating directly with key stakeholders across the US healthcare system, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, hospitals and providers, private payers, managed care organizations, and pharmacy benefit managers.
Herman has extensive experience using real-world data to generate real-world evidence to inform commercialization and market access strategies for pharmaceutical manufacturers. He specializes in using analytical approaches to assess, identify, and minimize patient access challenges in all phases of the product life cycle, with broad expertise in the areas of coverage, coding, and reimbursement.
Prior to joining Magnolia, Herman assisted pharmaceutical manufacturers with health economics, outcomes research, and clinical trial protocol feasibility and optimization. He has worked with the largest payers and managed care organizations in the nation on complex regulatory, compliance, and operational matters. His professional experience also includes providing disputes and litigation support services to hospitals and healthcare systems.
Herman received his Bachelor of Science in biology and Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a certified public accountant in the state of North Carolina.
